Download PEEL from the App Store and open the app. You can sign up using your email address. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your profile and start your self-discovery journey.

Each week, PEEL releases a new quiz for you and your paired friend to answer. Weekly quizzes are time-limited and cover a variety of topics. Once both you and your friend have completed the quiz, you can compare your answers and see how well you know each other.

Once you submit your answers to a quiz, they are final and cannot be changed. This is by design -- PEEL encourages honest, spontaneous responses that reflect your true self. New quizzes are released regularly so there is always a fresh opportunity to explore.

Go to the Connect tab in the app. You will see an option to send an invite code. Share this code with a friend, and once they enter it in their app, you will be paired together. You can then take quizzes together and compare your results.

The Personal Journey is your individual self-discovery path within PEEL. It includes quizzes across different categories such as values, preferences, and personality traits. As you complete more quizzes, you build a richer picture of yourself and can track your progress across all categories.

PEEL is free to download and use. Core features including weekly quizzes, friend pairing, and your personal journey are all available at no cost.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@peelquiz.com.

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings and selecting "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will remove all your data, quiz history, and friend connections. If you need assistance, contact us at support@peelquiz.com.

Quizzes in PEEL are organized into categories that cover different aspects of self-discovery. Each category contains multiple quiz packs that you can work through at your own pace. Your progress is tracked for each category so you can see how much you have explored.
